Challenge:

Attorneys who don’t have enough time to fly need to depose two witnesses in Hong Kong. Oh, and the witnesses only speak Mandarin!

Solution

We scheduled our Hong Kong-based court reporter, videographer, and interpreter, along with a videoconference facility from our worldwide network. The attorneys participated via videolink from the States and the depositions were a success.
